Kale And Ginger Stir Fry

ib kale chopped coarsely

tsp soy sauce

cup water

tsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Directions

in a nedium skillet cook the ginger root is

oil stirring over medium heat for 1 minutes
3.
Add the kale and raise the heat to medium high
4.
Add they soy sauce and water and stir fry
5.
until the kale is wilted but still slightly
6.
crunchy about 3 minutes
7.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
8.
Serve warm or cold
9.
you may subitute spinach or bok chou for the kale
10.
enjoy
