Mama Ward's Chili Verde

Green Salsa to die for!

Ingredients

small tomatillo tomatoes
1
serrano pepper
1
garlic clove
1
medium tomato
cilantro
dash of salt
2
stalks green onions
2
tsp of knorr boullion mexican pollo mix
Directions
1.
In a small pan put 1/4 Cup of water, then add in the tomatillo tomatoes, Serrano pepper, garlic clove and medium tomato. Boil for 20-25 minutes. Pour into blender with dash of salt, cilantro, onions and Knorr Boullion mix. Blend and serve.
