The Best Meatballs

Meatballs for Spaghetti

Ingredients

lb ground beef
1/2
lb ground veal
1/2
lb ground pork
2
clove garlic, minced
2
eggs
1
cup freshly grated romano cheese
1 1/2
tbs chipped italian flat leaf parsley
salt and ground pepper to taste
2
cup stale italian bread, crumbled
1 1/2
cup lukewarm water
1
cup olive oil
Directions
1.
Combine beef, veal and pork in a large bowl. Add garlic, eggs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper
2.
Blend bread crumbs into a meat mixture. Add water 1/2 cup at a time.
3.
Shape into meatballs
4.
Heat olive oil in a skillet
5.
Fry meatballs in batches (they should be brown and slightly crisped)
