French Coconut Pie

This is the perfect dessert when you forgot to make something for the next door barbecue that happens to be in a couple hours. To make this hearty dessert even better, top it with whipped cream for a light finish!

Ingredients

tbs butter, melted

eggs, beaten

tbs all-purpose flour
3/4
cup sugar

cup shredded sweetened coconut (add more if needed)
1
cup milk
1
in unbaked pie shell
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 °F.

In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, flour, sugar, coconut, and milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake until firm, about 45 to 60 minutes.

Let cool slightly and top with cool whip for a light finish! Enjoy!
