Mango Spinach Smoothie
This smoothie is a perfect healthy substitute for any sugary craving, loaded with iron and healthy sugars it is a great contribution to your daily diet. I know it may not sound enticing, I was grossed out at first to, but its DELICIOUS!! The mango overpowers the spinach making for a fruity flavor. This is perfect for breakfast and after the gym.
First slice the banana then place it into the blender, next add your frozen mango chunks, spinach leaves, then soy milk. Blend until smooth, and lastly add in the Agave Nectar (a natural sweetener) and blend again but only for about 10 seconds. Now your done!! Enjoy!
