Prosciutto Flatbread Pizza

I served this prosciutto pizza to guests at a dinner party recently and they have been raving about it ever since. Try it out and let me know what you think!

Ingredients

ball pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
1
tbsp olive oil

tbsp tomato sauce
4
slices prosciutto
3/4
cup grated mozzarella cheese
2
handfuls arugula
Directions
1.
Preheat the oven to 550°F (or maximum oven temperature) for at least 30 minutes.

Layout a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet (to prevent the dough from sticking). Roll or stretch the dough into a circle. Brush the edges of the dough with olive oil. Spread the tomato sauce over the rest of the dough. Sprinkle with about half the cheese. Lay the prosciutto slices so they are evenly covering the dough and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Bake the pizza until edges turn a light golden brown and cheese begins to bubble and brown in spots, about 6 minutes at 550°F. Remove from oven and toss arugula on top so it is evenly distributed.
