Scones Scotland

Scones have been around for a considerable amount of time and the word scone means "beautiful bread". Scones were created in Scotland in the 1500's and have been a particularly common food ever since. Scones are traditionally eaten in the afternoon at "tea time" when servants used to feed their masters sweets in the late afternoon.
