Aurora's Sort Of Guilt Free Buffalo Chicken Dip

This appetizer is great to make ahead and bring to a party, or just eat as a snack at home. The recipe amounts don't have to be perfect. I frequently have a heavy hand with the shredded cheese! Love, Aurora Parrilla

Ingredients

PACKAGE of low fat cream cheese (e.g., Philadelphia brick)

CAN of chicken (about 10-12.5oz)
1/2
CUP to a cup of low fat ranch dressing
1/2
CUP of hot sauce (add more if you like it spicier)
1/2
CUP of low fat shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
1.
Prepare yourself for the awesomest buffalo chicken dip you've ever tasted. I've combined and altered various recipes over the years and believe this combination is the best.
2.
Stir the cream cheese.
3.
Mix in the dressing.
4.
Mix in the hot sauce and cheese.
5.
Last, strain the water out of the cans and mix in the chicken. (Note: I've also boiled real chicken and shredded it and I can't tell the difference from the canned kind in the final product.)

It should be a thick consistency, not too liquidy.
7.
Sprinkle some extra cheese on top if you like more cheese (and who doesn't??)
8.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 mins. You want the cheese on top to be melty and the inside to be hot. Enjoy!
