Dulce De Leche Roll Cake

This is dessert made in heaven. It may ruin your diet, but in a good way! The icing sugar decorates the roll for a gorgeous finish.

Ingredients
5
eggs
5
tbs sugar
5
tbs flour

cup dulce de leche (Carnation caramel)
confectioners sugar
wax paper
Directions
1.
Separate egg whites from yolks. Whisk the egg whites with a whisk or in an electric mixer until they double in volume in a large sized bowl.
2.
Add the sugar to the egg whites and mix. Add the yolks and slowly add the flour.
3.
Layer the dough in a 13x9 baking dish, greased and covered in wax paper.
4.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook for 15 minutes or until golden.
5.
Remove from the oven, and spread dulce de leche over the surface, leaving the edges out and then roll the dough.
6.
Heat the remaining dulce de leche in a pan and use it as topping.
7.
Cut strips of wax paper and layer them over the swiss roll in a diagonal pattern.
8.
Powder the icing sugar over the swiss roll and over the strips of wax paper. Remove the strips. Cut and enjoy!
