Fong Wan Gai

Dear Alicia, Along with the recipes I was asked to give you some advice. Practical notes from my life: I still have the recipes I got from before my wedding, ones I have collected along the way and still go back to my recipe box often now. Yet years ago between school, working, raising young children etc. there were many times cooking went to the wayside and you know what? It was OK. Everyone thank G-d is healthy and grew up just fine so....basically...don't sweat the small stuff. Love, Aunt Gayle
