Gingered Chicken Breast

A delicious, easy-to-make chicken recipe that is also healthy!

Ingredients

tbsp lemon juice
3
grated fresh ginger

black pepper
4
cloves garlic, minced

skinless boneless chicken breast halves
Directions
1.
Combine the lemon juice, ginger, pepper, and garlic in a plastic zippered bag.
2.
Add chicken breasts to bag, coating both sides.
3.
Seal bag and place in refrigerator 30 minutes to 2 hours.
4.
Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
5.
Heat the skillet on medium-high until hot.
6.
Add the chicken to the heated skillet.
7.
Cook, turning once, about 8 minutes each side or until no longer pink on the inside.
