Sriracha Buffalo Wings

It's Monday night football and your dream team isn't doing so hot. How can things possibly look up? Rooster sauce and wings. Enough said.

Ingredients

ea. Chicken wings

/2 c. Melted butter
3
tbsp Sriracha sauce (aka rooster sauce)
3
tbsp Frank's red hot sauce
1
/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
4
tbsp Soy sauce
1
cup Brown sugar
Directions
1.
Heat canola or vegetable oil in a large pot (the oil should reach halfway up your pot) to 375F.
2.
When oil is hot, deep fry chicken wings until cooked all the way through (about 7-10 minutes).
3.
In a seperate bowl, combine the butter, Sriracha sauce, Franks red hot sauce, cayenne pepper, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic.
4.
When chicken wings are done, lightly toss the wings in with the sauce. Add more sauce if desire. Serve immediately.
