Banana Bread

Ingredients

bananas
scant 1/2 cup oil
1/2
cup honey
2
cup flour
1
tsp baking powder
1
tsp baking soda
(optional: 1 teaspoon of vanilla mixed with wet ingredients; chocolate chips folded in at the end)
Directions
1.
Mash bananas. Add oil and honey and mix.*
2.
Add dry ingredients. Mix only enough so that all of the dry gets mixed in with the wet.
3.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
4.
Bake 30 - 45 minutes at 350 (a knife or toothpick should come out dry.)
5.
*Hint to measuring and pouring honey – use the same cup as the oil, and measure and pour out the oil first. The honey will slip right out of the measuring cup.
