Serves 6people
ingredients: 2 cups rolled or steel cut oats (not instant), 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 cup toasted, sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup shredded coconut, 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries, 1/2 cup dried apples or broken – up apple chips , 1/4 cu
Directions: 1.) Toss all ingredients together until evenly coated and then pour out into a baking pan. I use a large roasting pan, as it keeps everything contained. A cookie sheet with a lip also works, but you will have to stir more carefully. 2.) bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, turning it with a spatula every ten minutes or so. The granola is finished when it is an even golden brown.
You can store these Granola for 1 week. Its great snack for long or after school snack or breakfast snack when rushing . Just add Yogurt and fruit.
