Leg Of Lamb

Ingredients

leg of lamb
4
crushed cloves of garlic
1/2
tbs of sea salt
1/2
tsp fresh ground black pepper
2
tbs of fresh chopped rosemary
1/4
cup of beef broth
Directions
1.
Pound garlic and salt into a paste
2.
Mix together with rosemary and pepper
3.
Score the lamb by making shallow cuts along the leg
4.
Rub the paste onto the lamb
5.
Let the lamb sit for 3 hours at room temperature
6.
Put the lamb into a roasting dish and add the broth
7.
Bake at 350 until the desired temperature is reached (medium rare is 130 degrees)
8.
Let rest for 20 minutes before eating
