Sauteed Spinach

Being one of the healthiest foods you can eat, this dish is loaded with vitamins and contains omega 3 fatty acids. It is easy to make and the ingredients are fresh!

cups spinach

cup wheatberries
1/2
cup diced sweet potatoes

tbsp sliced almonds
1/4
cup cranberries
olive oil
Directions
1.
Purchase all ingredients as are (pre-sliced almonds, pre-cooked wheatberries, etc.)

Pour olive oil into a pan. Add spinach and sweet potatoes. Once sauteed, transfer onto a plate or bowl. Top with remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
