Egg White Sandwich

grain bread
egg white
low-fat cheddar cheese
avocado
tomato
Directions
1.
First cook your egg whites. Try too make them as omelette-like as possible. Then, put eggs and sliced ingredients onto the bread and cook in either a panini press or a pan. Cook until bread is grilled and cheese is melted.
