Slow Cooker Turkey Breast Chili

This meaty chili has two different types of beans. Our family favorite is to top it with nonfat plain Greek yogurt and reduced fat Cheddar cheese and serve it with cornbread muffins.

lb ground turkey breast

cans reduced sodium kidney beans

cans reduced sodium black beans

cans (4 oz) diced green chiles

tbsp chili powder

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp cayenne pepper, optional
Directions
1.
Cook ground turkey breast in a large skillet until no longer pink, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat.
2.
Place turkey breast, tomato sauce, beans, green chiles, and spices in 4 1/2 quart slow cooker. Stir to combine.
3.
Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours or on High for 2 to 3 hours.
