Chickpeas

Chickpea water is beneficial for allergies, cough and sickness.

Ingredients
dried chickpeas
dried chili

tsp sea salt
2
clove garlic
1/2
tsp whole black peppercorns
Directions
1.
Wash the chickpeas and leave in cold water overnight. In the morning, drain the chickpea and pour in a large pot with water. Discard the foam floating; add the peppercorn, salt, and dried chili. Leave until softened and water is thick. Drain and serve it hot with lemon on the side.
