Mimi’S Dinner Rolls

Ingredients

cups warm water
2
packs yeast (add straight to dry ingredients
1
egg – well beaten
1/2
cup sugar
1/2
cup cooking oil
2
salt
5
cups plain flour
Directions
1.
Stir all dry ingredients
2.
Add wet and mix well
3.
Place on floured board and knead well
4.
Pour in greased bowl, cover, and set in fridge until ready to use (2 hours – overnight)
5.
Roll the dough out, cut into circles, and fold in half with melted butter in center and on top
6.
Let rise for 2 hours
7.
Bake at 350 degrees – 375 degrees for 12 minutes – watch closely!
