Yummy Kale Chips

There’s nothing better than the a crispy bag of chips, but the fat and cholesterol in those store-bought bags? No thank you. I’ve found that kids’ aversion to “green stuff” totally disappears when that green stuff is crispy, salty and delicious. You’ll see, just try out these kale chips for yourself!

Ingredients
1
bunch of kale. I like dinosaur kale or black kale the best
1
tbs olive oil
1
lemon, squeezed
pink himalayan salt or sea salt, to taste
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 300°F.
2.
Wash & dry the kale. Remove the stems.
3.
Tear into pieces, toss with olive oil in a bowl then sprinkle with salt. Arrange leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp.
