Avocado, Tomato & Chicken Sandwich

A perfect combination of the nutrition of chicken and avocado. Yummy, yet easy to make sandwich for a quick breakfast or lunch.

slices multigrain bread
1/4
ripe avocado
3
oz cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced (see Tip)
2
slices tomato
Directions
1.
Toast the bread.
2.
Mash the avocado with a fork and spread onto one piece of toast.
3.
Top with chicken, tomato and the second piece of toast.
4.
Tip: Mashing avocado with red onion is another yummy alternative for the spread.
