Preheat oven to 180c. line 3 baking trays with non-stick baking paper.

Using your hands, mix together sausage mine, beef mince, onion, 2 eggs, garlic, sauces, breadcrumbs, parsley and some salt and pepper.

Cut the pastry sheets in half and brush lightly with some eggs. Divied the mince mixture in the middle alone the pastry sheets and make sure not to add too overfill it.

Roll the pastry over the mixture and press the edges to seal, leaving the ends open. use a sharp knife to cut the sausage rolls.

Make slits on top of each sausage rolls and glaze with egg.

bake for 35minutes, or until crisp and golden. serve with tomato or chilli sauce.
