Mike's Flank Steak Marinade

Ingredients
flank steak 1 steak
1/4
cup honey
fresh ginger 1 tbls, grated
1/4
cup soy
garlic 4 cloves, smashed
vinegar 2-3 tbls
Directions
1.
Marinate steak and all ingredients in plastic Ziploc bag for 2-6 hours
2.
Grill to preferred temperature (for medium rare, remove from grill at 125°)
3.
Let rest for 5-10 mins (temp will rise 5°)
4.
Slice along the grain on a bias (i.e. diagonal)
