Adobo Chicken

This was one of the dishes I learned to cook in Japan by the girls. Serve over rice

Ingredients
1/2
cup Soy sauce (lots)
1/2
cup Vinegar
2
tsp sugar
1-2 glove garlic, smashed
whole peppercorn
bay leaves
Chicken thighs
Directions
1.
Soak for 4 hours then put all in a big pot and cook/fry on medium heat.
