Pear And Pecorino Cheese

This little gem I picked up while abroad but have continued to serve it on holidays. It never fails to deliver. - Kerry

Ingredients
3
large bartlett pears, ripe but firm
1
block of pecorino cheese
Directions
1.
Cut the pears length-wise to create 1/4 inch thick pear "chips".
2.
Shave the Pecorino cheese with a vegetable peeler to make cheese shavings.
3.
Lay the cheese shavings on the pear "chips" and serve!
4.
Note: Some people also like to serve this drizzled with honey.
