Roasted Asparagus

This is a delicious and easy side dish that goes with everything steak, chicken and fish.

Ingredients
20-24
fresh asparagus spears
1/2
tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
Directions
1.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2.
Wash the aparagus and remove the bottoms.
3.
Coat the asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4.
Lay asparagus in a single layer on baking paper.
5.
Roast for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with a feew drops of lemon juice or balsamic vinegar.
6.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
