Chicken And Spinach Pasta Bake

Ingredients
8-10
ozs uncooked rigatoni
1
tbs olive oil
1
cup chopped onion
2
packages baby spinach
3
cups cubed, cooked chicken breasts
1
can Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1
container Philadelphia chive & onion cream cheese
1/2
tsp salt
1/2
tsp pepper
1 1/2
c shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
1.
Prepare rigatoni according to pkg directions.
2.
Spread oil on bottom of 11×7 in baking dish; add onion in a single layer.
3.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or just until tender.
4.
Transfer onion to large bowl, set aside.
5.
Stir in rigatoni, spinach, chicken, & next 4 ingredients into onion in bowl.
6.
Spoon mixture into dish & sprinkle evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese.
7.
Bake covered at 375 for 30 minutes; uncover & bake 15 more minutes or until bubbly.
