Crunchy Mexican Salad

Quick, easy and no messing about salad, even Sholom can make it.

Ingredients
2
green peppers
2
red peppers
1
or 2 avocados
1
red onion
1
can sweetcorn
1
bag of iceberg lettuce
1/4
cup mayo
1/4
cup salsa
1
bag tortilla chips slightly crushed
Directions
1.
Cut peppers, avocado and lettuce into bite size pieces.
2.
Slice onion into thin strips. Add corn and lettuce and mix.
3.
In a separate bowl, mix mayo and salsa. If you like more dressing, you can play around with the amounts of mayo and salsa, just use equal amounts of both.
4.
Immediately before serving, mix in dressing and sprinkle tortilla chips on top.
