Cocktail Meatballs

Cocktail meatballs are always a wonderful appetizer. I love this simplistic recipe, the key is a long and slow cook on low heat. It almost caramelizes the meatballs into delicious sweet and savory bites. You can either make your own meatballs, or purchase a bag of frozen meatballs, which makes it quick and easy to do.
