Aunty Francis's Chocolate Mousse Cake

Ingredients
glass pyrex round bowl
200
gr bitter chocolate
200
gr margarine
6
eggs separated
3/4
cup chopped nuts
1
cup sugar
2
tbsp brandy
Directions
1.
Melt chocolate and margarine in a Bain marie ( glass dish over barely simmering water)
2.
Whisk yolks with half sugar and beat in chocolate mix (when cooled)
3.
Meanwhile whisk whites with pinch of sugar, add sugar gradually till whites are stiff and shiny.
4.
Add chocolate mix and blend in carefully with large spoon.
5.
Take half of mix and add nuts place in lightly greased dish and bake at 180 for 20 minutes.
6.
Add brandy to second half and pour over cooled baked cake.
7.
Can now be frozen and taken out about 20 minutes before needed. Re freeze any remaining.
