This was yours and Danits' favorite meals made by one of the million Au pairs we had growing up. We have updated it to make it a bit more adult friendly.

Ingredients

slice bread
1
egg
1/2
cup Parmesan Cheese
Directions
1.
Butter or oil the pan.
2.
Cut a hole in a slice of bread.
3.
Place the bread in pan and crack egg inside the hole.
4.
Let cook to your desired taste, flip in pan, and sprinkle Parmesan.
