Southwest Shredded Chicken 3 Bean Chili

medium boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked & shredded

tbs extra virgin olive oil

large onion, finely chopped

large bell pepper, finely chopped

clove garlic, minced

oz can black beans, drained
16
oz can red kidney beans, drained
16
oz can canelli beans, drained
15
oz can Muir Glen Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes

oz tomato paste

tbs tabasco hot sauce
1
tbs fresh lime juice
2
heaping tablespoons chili powder
1
heaping tablespoon cumin
1 1/4
tsp salt
1/2
tsp fresh cracked black pepper
Directions
1.
Cook and shred chicken.
2.
Pull all ingredients into the crockpot on low for 4-6 hours.
