Kfc (Yasmin's Healthy Version)

This is one of my favorite chicken recipes. I know Sholom likes quite plain food so this is one for him. Its yummy and goes well with coleslaw and chips. Great for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients

chicken drumsticks

cup all-purpose flour
1 1/4
tsp salt
1/4
tsp ground pepper
1
tsp paprika
1
tsp chicken seasoning
1/4
cup margerine
Directions
1.
Heat oven to 450°
2.
In a food storage bag, combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika and chicken seasoning.
3.
Line a 13x9-inch baking dish with tin foil (I usually use a silver foil dish saves washing up later).
4.
Place the margarine in the dish. Place dish in oven to melt margarine.
5.
Coat chicken with seasoned flour mixture, shaking about 3 legs at a time in the bag.
6.
Place chicken in prepared dish in the melted margarine.
7.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
8.
Turn over and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer, or until tender and nicely browned.
