Blueberry Cobbler

Cobbler at its finest! This is one truly great cobbler recipe.

Ingredients

- pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts
1
-2 pint container of blueberries
3/4
- cup of butter
3/4
- cup of sugar
1
- tsp. vanilla
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 425. Then drop to 400 after step 1.
2.
Place on pie crust in your pie dish and poke holes in the bottom with a fork. Cook at 425 for 7-9 minutes or until lightly browned.
3.
Remove and let cool, then crubmle into 1-2" pieces and set aside.
4.
Place another uncooked pie crust into pie dish and poke holes in the bottom. Add half of the cleaned blueberries into the dish.
5.
Cut up butter into small slices. Put half of the butter in with the blueberries. Pour half of the sugar on the berries.
6.
Place all of our crumbled pie crust over the berries.
7.
Place the remaining berries, butter and sugar on top of the crumbles then pour the vanilla on top.
8.
Add the third pie crust on top and brimp the edges.
9.
Take a knife and cut a few slits in the top to vent the steam.
10.
Cook for 40-50 minutes at 400.
11.
Cool for 30-40 minutes.
