Corn On The Cob

Corn-on-the-cob cooks perfectly in the microwave. And is much easier to shuck after it is cooked. It goes wonderfully with grilled dinners.

Ingredients

- 4 ears of fresh corn
margarine
Directions
1.
Place the corn with the husks still on into a plastic bag. Cook in the microwave as follows:

1 ear, 3 to 4 minutes; 2 ears, 5 to 6 minutes; 3 ears, 7 to 8 minutes; 4 ears, 9 to 11 minutes.

Half way through cooking turn the corn over and continue cooking.
4.
Using kitchen towels remove the husks and silk while the corn is still hot.
5.
Serve with margarine.
