Mimi's Baked Ham

Dad grew up having Mimi's ham for special occasions. Since we've been married, I've eaten Mimi's ham many times and will say that she has never had a dud! It is always delicious!! It's a favorite for Easter brunch or dinner. It's great served with sweet potatoes and spinach salad. Mimi says Cook's is the best brand and she prefers the butt to the shank. Buying a spiral cut ham will save carving time.
