Grilled Chicken Breasts

I wish I had learned earlier to grill 2 extra chicken breasts. The leftovers can be used for chicken pot pie, chicken spaghetti, chicken enchiladas, or grilled chicken florentine pasta. If you are not ready to cook one of these meals a few days after grilling, freeze the breasts until you are ready to use them.

Ingredients
boneless skinless chicken breasts
Wishbone Italian salad dressing
Directions
1.
Defrost the number of chicken breasts you want to prepare.
2.
Place the chicken in a gallon zip lock bag and add several squirts of Wishbone Italian salad dressing.
3.
Place the chicken in the refrigerator until you are ready to grill the chicken. The longer the chicken marinates the stronger the marinade flavor will be.
4.
Seal the zip lock bag and massage the contents until all the chicken is coated with the dressing.
5.
Spray grill with non stick grilling spray.
6.
Turn grill on for about 10 minutes to warm up. Preheat to about 250.
7.
Place chicken on the grill.
8.
Cook chicken 8 to 14 minutes turing each minute until done.
9.
If the chicken looks done after 8 minutes take one breast off the grill and slice into it. If no pink meat is visible, chicken is ready.
10.
Thick chicken breasts will take longer to cook than thin breasts.
