Chicken Fajitas

Perfect for Mexican night!

Ingredients
chicken

- fresh limes
1
- jalapeno
4
- pieces of garlic
olive oil
lemon pepper
Directions
1.
Flatten chicken to about 1/2" thick. Clean and pat dry; lay in a deep cookie sheet.
2.
Cut limes in half, and the stem off the jalapeno. Roughly chop the garlic and jalapeno.
3.
In a food processor add garlic and jalapenos; squeeze in each lime. Add 1/4 cup of olive oil to the mixture. Puree until jalapenos are small chunks.
4.
Season chicken with lemon pepper and pour the puree over the chicken. Lift each chicken breast so the mixture gets under it. Cover and let sit at least 2 hours.
5.
Remove the chicken from the fridge. Heat grill. Grill chicken until it is done. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
