Quick Spanish Beef

Ingredients

g mince

tsp mustard

g tomato soup

mL hot water
1/3
cup uncooked rice

g margarine
chopped parsley
Directions
1.
Fry the rice and the onion in the margarine in a saucepan until golden brown.
2.
Add the mince and brown lightly.
3.
Add the other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. (sometimes you can cook the rice for about 8 minutes beforehand so that it doesn't take so long to cook in the pan).
