oz smoked sausage, fully cooked, sliced 1/8

cup green onion, sliced

tsp vegetable oil

can vegetable broth, 14 1/2-ounces

cups o'brien frozen potatoes

can cream-style corn
1/8
tsp red pepper, ground
1/2
cup heavy cream
Directions
1.
In large saucepan, cook onions in oil over medium heat 3-4 minutes or until tender.

Stir in sausage, broth, potatoes, corn and red pepper.
3.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low.
4.
Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
5.
Stir in cream; heat through.
6.
Garnish with additional sliced green onions, if desired
