Fried Rice

Tastes even better than take out.

Ingredients
3
cups cooked rice
2
tbs olive oil
2
eggs
1/2
cup frozen peas
1/2
cup frozen carrots
1/2
cup broccoli
3
green onions, thinly sliced
3
tbs soy sauce, or more to taste
salt and pepper
add in meat (chicken, beef, shrimp)
Directions
1.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2.
Add rice and mix.
3.
Add egg, and cook until scrambled, stirring occasionally.
4.
Add carrots, peas, and broccoli. (You may want to cook these before adding them to the rice pan)
5.
Add soy sauce and let rice fry for a couple of minutes.
6.
Add meat if desired.
7.
Add green onions and serve.
