Chicken Salad With Grapes And Apples

Ingredients

chicken breasts, cooked, shredded (boil breasts about 90 min) (shred with mixer)

granny smith apples, cut into small pieces

cup chopped walnuts/pecans (optional)
1/2
cup red onion (optional)

stalks celery, chopped (optional)

tbs lemon juice
1/2
cup vanilla yogurt

tbs mayo or miracle whip (or half of each)

seedless red grapes, halved
Directions
1.
Toss shredded chicken, apple chunks, walnuts, red onion, celery, and lemon juice together in a large bowl.
2.
Whisk vanilla yogurt, salad dressing, and mayonnaise together in a separate bowl; pour over the chicken mixture and stir to coat. Gently fold the grapes into the salad.
