Spicy Thai Noodles

Ingredients

pkg fresh oriental noodles

tbsp water
2
tbsp cider vinegar
2
tbsp b sugar

tbsp hoisin sauce
1
tbsp peanut butter
1
tbsp veg oil
3
green onions, sliced
1
clove pressed garlic
12
ozs shrimp
2
cups bean sprouts
1/4
tsp dried red pepper flakes
1/4
cup chopped unsalted roasted peanuts
Directions
1.
Prepare noodles according to pkg. Drain; set aside. Combine water vinegar, B sugar, hoisin sauce and peanut butter; mix well. Microwave 1 min and whisk.

Heat oil in skillet. Add onions, garlic, and shrimp. Stir fry until shrimp is done. Add sauce mixture to skillet. Add noodles, bean sprouts, and red pepper flakes, tossing lightly. Heat 1 min. Remove and serve. Sprinkle with peanuts.
