Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

sticks of butter softened
1 1/2
cups sugar
1 1/2
tsp vanilla
3
eggs
2 1/2
cups flour
1
tbl spoon baking powder
3/4
tsp baking soda
1/2
tsp salt
1
cup sour cream
Filling
1
tsp cinnamon
3/4
cup sugar
1
cup chopped walnuts
Directions
1.
Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla together.
2.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
3.
Add baking power, baking soda, flour, and salt. Batter will be thick.
4.
Add sour cream, set aside.
5.
Filling and Topping:

Toss nuts, sugar, and cinnamon together, set aside.
7.
Spread 1/2 of the batther into a lightly greased 13x9 baking pan.
8.
Put half of the walnut mixture on top.
9.
Put the rest of the batter in small dollops on top of the walnut mixture and then spread evenly.
10.
Top with remaining walnut mixture.
11.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until done in center.
