Classic Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

oz elbow macaroni (about 1 3/4 cups)

cup mayonnaise
2
tbs vinegar
1
tbs creamy dijon mustard
1
tsp sugar
1
tsp salt
1/4
tsp ground black pepper
1
cup celery, thinly sliced
1
cup red or green bell peppers, chopped
1/4
cup onion, chopped
Directions
1.
Cook macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.
2.
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl.
3.
Stir in macaroni, celery, bell pepper and onion.
4.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
