Eclair Cake

Simple but delicious!

Ingredients
filling
2
box of instant vanilla pudding mix
3
cup of milk
8
oz cool whip
1
box of graham crackers
topping
2
squares of unsweetened chocolate
2
tbl corn syrup
3
tbl butter
3
tbl milk
1 1/2
cup confectionery sugar
Directions
1.
Mix pudding and milk until combined. Stir in cool whip.
2.
Butter the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 inch pan
3.
Layer graham crackers on bottom.
4.
Spread filling mixture over graham crackers. (can add all of mixture or create two layers of filling and graham crackers)
5.
For the topping: melt chocolate in a double boiler, add born syrup, butter, and milk while whisking frequently. Add sugar in 1/3 cup additions.
6.
Spread topping over filling.
7.
Refrigerate overnight
