Spring Rolls

Ingredients
250
-300 grams chicken or pork mince
2
clove garlic, crushed
1
grated carrot
1/4
cabbage, shredded finely
1/2
tin water chestnuts
handful bean sprouts
vermicelli noodles about half a packet
2
tbs sweet chilli sauce
spring roll wrappers
1
tbs of cornflour mixed with water
Directions
1.
Fry the mince in a wok and then add garlic.
2.
Once the mince is cooked, add the grated carrot, shredded cabbage, water chestnuts, bean sprouts and cook for about 3 minutes.
3.
Add soaked noodles and sauces to mince mixture and mix to combine (add more soy or sweet chilli if needed)
4.
Put the mixture aside to cool before rolling into spring rolls.
5.
Once mixture has cooled, place a heaped spoonful onto the spring roll wrappers and roll tightly. Seal with cornflour water mixture.
6.
Deep fry or bake in the oven and serve once cooked.
