Strawberry Chiffon Mousse

Ingredients

cup chilled evaporated light milk
1/2
level teaspoon vanilla essence
1
sachet (10g) gelatine
1/2
cup boiling water
2
x 200g tubs vanilla fruche light
3/4
cup strawberry topping
Directions
1.
in a mixing bowl add, chilled evaporated milk and essence together.
2.
using an electric beater, whip milk for 3 - 4 minutes or until thick.
3.
Once the milk is thick, add the fruche and beat until well combined.
4.
Dissolve gelatine in a cup with boiling water, stirring well.
5.
Add all of the ingredients together, including the topping and combine well.
6.
Pour mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate until set.
