Egg Salad

Ingredients

eggs
1/2
sugar
2
tsp mustard
1
tsp curry powder
3
tbs vinegar
300
mL whipped cream
salt
pepper
Directions
1.
Boil eggs.
2.
Take 8 yolks and add the sugar, mustard, curry powder, vinegar, salt and pepper to a bowl and mix well.
3.
Whip cream until it starts to become a nice consistency.
4.
Add the cream to the yolk mixture and fold in nicely.
5.
Cut up remaining eggs and whites and fold through the mixture.
